Health Promotion

The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut (HSFA) provides information about heart disease, stroke, healthy lifestyles, research and statistics. One way in which we inform the public is through our Resource Centre, which contains a wide variety of printed literature and a video lending library. Additionally, we offer numerous educational programs, such as Living With Stroke - an interactive program developed for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
