Participating in your Recovery
Living with Stroke is an interactive program developed for people who have had a stroke and the individuals who care for them. The sessions include discussions, videos and activities to help you learn more about dealing with stroke. Workshops are held once a week for 8 weeks, and each session is 2 hours in length. Living with Stroke allows you to share your experiences, ask questions, and hear other people’s stories.
The sessions focus on improving your quality of life and reducing your risk of having another stroke, and they give you the opportunity to participate in your own recovery.
